​The most relaxing experience. A blissful blend of Indian head massage and foot reflexology to reduce stress, promote sleep and restore physical and emotional wellbeing. Many of my clients present with sleep-problems, worries, anxiety, neck-ache, stress of busy lives, eye-strain, headaches … and my Indian Head massages and reflexology massages help to soothe and restore balance. Indian head massage is a deeply relaxing technique, focussing on the head, face, neck and shoulder. This massage treatment relieves tension, easing aches and pains and improves the condition of the skin, scalp and hair with natural rose-hip oil. Specific techniques including acupressure are applied which are purported to have a strong effect on the three higher chakras or energy points which promote health and well-being. Reflexology is a soothing treatment applying gentle pressure, and gliding foot massage. Using my Serenity peppermint aromatherapy balm, I will gently target specific areas to loosen the muscles and reduce aches and pains. Reflexology works on unblocking energy pathways encouraging energy to flow freely again - relaxing your body and mind and helping with your body’s own healing process. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. The full treatment cost will be required if 24 hours notice is not given. The deposit is non-refundable if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within 3 days (72 hours) of the booked appointment.
