Back scrub: a light aromatic exfoliating scrub softly massaged into the skin with a warm, steam treatment, removed with warm mitts and warmed towels, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth and looking radiant.
Warm candle wax massage: The warm and highly nourishing aromatherapy candle is slowly poured over the body for a prolonged massage to ease tension and relax the mind.

Many of my clients present with sleep-problems, worries, anxiety, neck-ache, stress of busy lives, eye-strain, headaches … and my Indian Head massages and reflexology massages help to soothe and restore balance.
Indian head massage is a deeply relaxing technique, focussing on the head, face, neck and shoulder. This massage treatment relieves tension, easing aches and pains and improves the condition of the skin, scalp and hair with natural rose-hip oil. Specific techniques including acupressure are applied which are purported to have a strong effect on the three higher chakras or energy points which promote health and well-being.
Reflexology is a soothing treatment applying gentle pressure, and gliding foot massage. Using my Serenity peppermint aromatherapy balm, I will gently target specific areas to loosen the muscles and reduce aches and pains. Reflexology works on unblocking energy pathways encouraging energy to flow freely again - relaxing your body and mind and helping with your body’s own healing process.

Aromatherapy massage can help treat the symptoms of menopause and perimenopause by improving circulation, stimulating the lymphatic system, healing soft tissue injuries, increasing joint mobility and lowering blood pressure and body temperature. Menopause can limit your range of movements, especially if you suffer from aches and joint stiffness. Massage stimulates the natural muscle lubricants, especially those between your connective muscles, assisting with mobility and flexibility,
Diminishing oestrogen levels have a huge impact on our skin, which can make it drier and sometimes itchy. I use sweet almond or grapeseed massage oils for the body and rosehip for the facial area which can really help make your skin look and feel fresher and clearer.
Essentials oils can offer natural and effective relief for these symptoms and I provide individual aromatic blends to suit each of my clients. Distance Reiki

Distance reiki is a powerful technique which allows healing energy to travel over distance.
To receive distance reiki please contact me and we can agree on a time for the treatment to take place. We will have a brief telephone conversation or video call to discuss any areas of focus and then you can relax and enjoy the healing. Just like an in-person Reiki session, you will need to be comfortable in a quiet space.
You will need to provide a recent photo of yourself so that we can stay connected and focus your healing. Afterwards, we reconnect to discuss anything that may have come up during the remote session.
I am happy to accommodate time zone differences, if appropriate. For example, distance Reiki sessions also allow me to work with clients in my time zone at night, after dinner if necessary in order to be rested during the evening and encourage a good night's sleep.
My clients who have met me in person for sessions and tried remote sessions have told me they feel the benefits of Reiki just the same.
